As global regulations continue to tighten around net-zero and ultra-low energy targets, the industry is accelerating toward thinner, safer, and more verifiable thermal solutions. At BATIMAT, Super Tech will present a complete envelope ecosystem covering insulation, glazing, and frame integration—designed to support passive-house applications, commercial façades, and energy-focused retrofits.

    1) Stainless-Steel Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIP)
Super Tech will showcase its stainless-steel VIP technology with thermal conductivity down to 0.002 W/(m·K), delivering high thermal resistance in an ultra-thin form factor. A 15 mm VIP can achieve insulation performance comparable to 120 mm of conventional materials, helping recover usable interior space. The VIP structure is based on inorganic, non-combustible components (Euroclass A1) and is engineered for long-term vacuum stability using a 304 stainless-steel high-barrier film plus integrated getters to absorb residual gases and moisture. The stainless barrier also improves jobsite durability by reducing puncture-related risks.

    2) SuperVIG Vacuum Insulated Glass with Real-Time Vacuum Monitoring
Super Tech will also highlight SuperVIG, achieving a U-value of 0.45 W/m²·K in an ultra-thin glazing configuration. To enable data-backed confidence over time, SuperVIG integrates an ultra-thin high-vacuum sensor (smart chip) to support real-time monitoring of vacuum levels and condition verification.
