SuperTech Insulated Large Containers: A New Choice for Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement in Cold Chain Logistics​

In the cold chain market for pharmaceuticals, fresh produce, and other perishables, transportation costs have always been a major pain point for the industry! Under the “cold goods via standard freight” model, SuperTech’s insulated large containers can replace refrigerated trucks, allowing cold goods to be transported using standard trucks. As a practical example, the cost per kilometer for a standard truck is 2 RMB lower than that of a refrigerated truck. If a 200-kilometer journey is made daily, this results in savings of 400 RMB. Furthermore, the “combined standard and cold freight” model allows insulated large containers to be co-loaded with standard goods when there is insufficient frozen cargo, preventing the resource waste and high transportation costs associated with using refrigerated trucks exclusively.

Leveraging SF’s robust logistics network, these insulated large containers are utilized through SF’s intercity transfer “Fresh Delivery” service, making the transportation process more efficient and reliable.
