VIR Vacuum-Insulated Round Tube/ Vacuum Insulated Pipe

Space-saving: Significantly reduces installation space, which allows for flexible pipeline layouts.
Energy-efficient: Low thermal conductivity, low heat loss, and lower energy costs.
Wide temperature coverage: Covers six temperature ranges, from -253°C cryogenic service to high-temperature applications up to 800°C.
Fire- and corrosion-resistant: A1 fire-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring safety.
Moisture protection: An improved sealing method reduces moisture ingress and further addresses safety concerns.
“Amphibious”: Available in curved vacuum insulation panels, which are also usable for large LNG storage tanks, as well as flat vacuum insulation panels.
Versatile: Can also be used for electric power, iron and steel metallurgy, HVAC, bioengineering, food and beverage, aerospace industries...
BPP (BVP-PIR) Building Vacuum Insulation Panel with Polyisocyanurate Foam

Puncture resistance: An improved heat-sealing method increases puncture resistance and preserves VIP integrity, making it superior to traditional VIPs, which are plagued by leakage and expansion.
Enhanced composite design: Specially designed for cryogenic environments from -196°C to -100°C, with excellent physical and fire-performance properties.
Energy-efficient: Low thermal conductivity. A 40 mm-thick BPP functions like 100 mm polyurethane, significantly reducing the boil-off rate (BOR) of LNG/LPG.
Long service life: The stainless-steel envelope design offers strong ageing resistance and puncture resistance, reduces corner deformation, and lowers the overall gas transmission rate, which contributes to a longer service life.
LNG Elastic Felt

Designed specifically for LNG storage tanks, combining excellent insulation performance with structural stability.
High rebound coefficient: With a rebound coefficient of 0.48, the product performs well against lateral pressure.
High insulation performance: At -165°C under laboratory conditions, the central thermal conductivity of the product is 0.012 W/(m·K).
Safe to use: A1 non-combustible material, non-corrosive, with a tensile strength of 28 kPa and a moisture content of 0.4%.
Ultra-Thin Vacuum Insulation Panel

Designed for the new energy and home appliance sectors, as lightweight and space-saving as it is effective in thermal insulation.
High insulation performance: Central lambda value ≤0.0025 W/(m·K) in a 25°C laboratory environment, eight times better than non-insulating materials.
Lightweight and space-efficient: A premium product for EV battery packs, home appliances, insulated containers, and other applications where the space and weight of the insulation material are serious concerns.
